Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. We may offer:
A replacement item
A partial refund
A full refund where appropriate
Food Quality Issues
Any concerns regarding food quality must be reported as soon as possible after delivery or collection.
Non-Refundable Orders
Orders cannot be refunded once preparation has started, except where an error or quality issue has been confirmed.
